The pits
Thank goodness I was staying only one night. The general upkeep of the hotel is really bad. Walls were peeling and stained. It is really run down and sad. The doors were so dirty and badly in need of paint, I used a towel to clean it myself. In comparison to other locations I have stayed using this service was night and day for the same cost. I stayed 15 minutes away in a hotel 110% better for the same cost the following week. Never again in this hotel. I traveled to Indy 6 times in the last 2 months. This was the worst hotel I have ever been in.

Moved to room with toilet flooding
Hotel room initially booked with King sized bed was too far away from lobby to receive wireless. Moved to closer room and the toilet pipes had some problem that caused the bathroom to flood. Maintenance fixed it and no problems after.

The desk people were nice and friendly. The room had mold growing on the bathroom walls, there were ants and the outside door gapped at the bottom. Glad it wasn’t snowing!!! Website siad "new rooms" not sure why unless some of the furnuture was new. Bed was comfortable and the continential breakfast was ok.
