Bad reception staff and leaky room
The room we were given was on floor 2. After turning on the AC, water started dripping from the ceiling. Called the reception asking for room change. When we told him about the water leak, he just didn’t show any concern. Didn’t even have the courtesy to say sorry. Gave us another room which was just okay. The hotel isn’t worth the price. There’s Holiday Inn right next to this one, and it looked good from the outside. Will stay there next time. Complimentary breakfast is commendable though.

Staff very helpful, convenient location, bed was very comfortable, awesome breakfast.

Just about one hour from the Grand Canyon. Know what’s happening (festivals)before you get there.

nice acomodations and well priced
I found this hotel to have nice comfortable accomodations. A plus was the complimentary contnental breakfast.
