impressive
I got more than what I paid for. Worth the stay and the location is the best part; the hotel is close to everything.

two blocks to the east betwee fort stree and commerce street there’s cheap fast food.

Terrible
I was on a short business trip and didn’t even have time to sleep. The aircon/heating system was broken and I was moved after one hour to a smoking room. In that new room it was not working again but I was just too tired to complaining. I was billed for all my extras and nothing was done to apologize for the problems occurred. What a terrible experience.

The mercure was a perfect place to rest after four months at sea before flying home. The room was very comofortable and staff extremely friendly.
