Convenient and Comfortable
I love this hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and spent a good amount of time with me to show me how to get to the local attractions. Hotel is located a block away from the metro station and takes about 20 minutes to get to the city center. Its also close to a small mall and Calle de Alcala which has dozens of retails stores at reasonable prices. The internet was fast, the beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

Good Value
A very nice hotel located outside the city center. Only one and a half blocks to the subway system which gets you anywhere in Madrid. Laptop in the room with broadband allows you to leave your PC at home. At the intersection of the metro station there is a shopping mall which has a grocery store and cafes if you wish to skip the breakfast at the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Buy a Tourist Transit pass for as many days as you need. You can easily justify the cost if you travel around the city a lot.

Very nice, clean, centrally located hotel
This hotel is in teh best area of Chicago, just a block from Michigan Ave and all of its stores, Cheesecake Factory, Water Towers, and many other nice restaurants.
