I am an elderly woman who traveled alone. The first room was beautiful however, I was nearly the last room in the long hallway. To far from the elevator. The return trip I asked for a handicapped room next to the elevator. I was given a very nice room twice as far on the 1st floor. Up and down ramps and exhaused by the time I reached my room.

Gives Hilton a bad name again

Only stayed at this hotel because it was where my work conference was at. My wife and I opted for the King Size Bed room but were disappointed cause the room felt small & the bathroom could literally only fit 1 person at a time. If you had a vehicle, you had to pay for either valet or self-parking. Had to pay for Wi-Fi use in your room (it was only free in the lobby?) & half the time it wasn’t working right anyway. The only good thing about this Hotel was the physical location...close to Shopping, Food, & Airport.

Don’t waste your time with this hotel. It is under construction and is going through a major remodel.

Great stay

What a pleasure. Room was recently redone and bed was better than a W. The coffe bar in the lobby started the morning out perfectly and people couldn’t have been nicer.

Bad experience

I had to stay in this hotel for 5 nights. when i first got into my room the light wasn’t working, i had to use the two bulbs around the bed. It was too cold outside and the heat in my room wasn’t working as good as it should be; and everytime i try to get the temp higher it stops working and tells me overloading. In addintion, the noise comes out of the heat is really annoying I could not beleive this was happening at the Hilton. the only thing makes me feel a little better is the smile over the staffs’ faces. That is all i got "smiles"

A good night’s sleep and more

Other than the construction currently underway in the lobby, I found this property to maintain my high expectations of a Hilton stay. My priorities include a comfortable bed, pillows that support and a sitting area for relaxation. The staff, one and all, were pleasant, professional and helpful. Having stayed in this hotel before, I am sure that the renovations will provide everyone with a wonderful visit.

Good value, But....

Spent two nights at Diamond Bar. Very pleasant staff, easy to find, nice rooms....But, one side of the hotel (exterior walkways only) faces an 8 lane freeway, which might perhaps be a problem for anyone seeking a quiet environment. Choose a poolview room, which are on the other side of the hotel...no problem with noise there. I left some clothing behind by mistake and the staff located it and mailed it back to me ASAP.

Longer trips...

If you’re planning on staying for a couple of days, I would recommend staying here. BUT if you plan on staying longer, look someplace else. Fire alarm went off twice, and the hotel needed to be evacuated. The elevator was not working, and the wireless internet did not work as well.

Needs some work

Although the room was clean & nice, there was some regular maintenance that needed to be done. I also think that charging customers $11.50 per day to park is absolutely absurd.

Loud lobby all night

Very loud lobby area all night. Complaints did not help. Would not stay again at any price. Not what I expected at a Hilton.

Can’t go wrong with the Hilton. . .

Only stayed for one night. We found the room spacious, comfortable, and clean, with the elegant touches typical of the Hilton. Our only complaint was that while the room was large, the bathroom was tiny, unusually so.

Their cafe near the lobby offers a decent breakfast buffet for a reasonable price.

Room

The room was very nice and I liked that the hotel had six different pillows on the bed. All of these pillows ranged from fluffy, soft pillows to those more firm, which is appeasing to every traveler since usually hotels only have one type of pillows which make it difficult to sleep.

Very Comfortable and Clean

We were very satisfied with everything about this hotel. Our room was large and comfortable. It was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definately stay here again.

It was decent...

The lobby of the hotel was impressive, but I think due to the fact that it was so nice, a lot of parties and other loud events are held. I walked up to the lobby from the parking lot and had to walk past a bunch of drunken college aged (and even younger) students smoking outside. The room itself is a fairly decent sized room. The bathroom was a bit crowded, but overall not bad.

I was very pleased with the hotel and if I ever make it back to this area I will be staying here for sure. It was clean, safe and the staff was very nice. So I was satisfied with my stay and I highly recommended it.

There is plenty of shopping in the area and the hotel even provides a free shuttle to the local mall, which was very timely, and you don’t have to worry about paying for a taxi.

i booked for an executive room but they still gave me a standard room until i complained they change to executive.they must check the reservation, no need for us to complain

Hilton needs to send a corporate team down to Ontario to get this hotel in shape, it is not like any Hilton I have ever stayed in. Poor service from front desk, to phone operator, to dining staff. Room dank and noisy. VERY noisy. Dining area dreary and dirty. Staff nowhere to be found unless they are arguing with each other in front of guests. I, personally had an unpleasent stay and experience, and I LIKE Hiltons. I would never stay at this hotel again.
