A very comfortable stay!
We had a great vacation and enjoyed our stay at the Harborside Resort very much. The service was very good, people were incredibly friendly and helpful, the grounds were beautiful and clean. Our room was comfortable, although a bit small for 5 of us, as none of our grown children want to sleep together! It was great to have a kitchen.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
One tip which worked for us was to bring a suitcase of food, as food is quite expensive! We had breakfast in our room, and made sandwiches for the afternoon which we brought with us in a cooler bag. Take the bus trip to the grocery store the first day to stock up on food for the week! Murray’s Deli was really good, and the fish fry is a must for travelers!

Nice relaxed atmosphere
Was at Harborside Resort in August ’09. We were a family of four in a one bedroom suite with a pull out sofa. The room was very nice, we had daily room service and found a grocery store within walking distance that was reasonable even though the resort has a small store with all the basic necisities that you might need. The pool is located basically on the harbor and the whole feeling of the hotel was very relaxing. Would stay there again.

if you dont have meal plan and traveling with family carmine’s is the place to go eat.and also the market place at the royal tower.great buffet

Nice place to stay
We enjoyed staying at Harborside. The resort was very clean, the people were very friendly and helpful. It was nice to be able to go somewhere quiet after spending the day at the pools in the other towers of the Atlantis. The pool at Harborside was nice and relaxing for days you just wanted to take it easy. The kids had a great time as well as the adults. We would definitely go back!!

Wonderful experience with access to the Atlantis
Very clean and convenient to Atlantis. The shuttle service is timely and the staff friendly.
Traveler's tip on shopping
Make sure you take advantage of the grocery trips. This alone saves you hundreds of dollars to spend on fun adventures like parasailing, snorkling etc.

Best Vacation in a very long time
Excellent hotel and great customer service. Workers and people very friendly. We noticed they cleaned the room the day before they was suppose to. We put out the do not disturb sign the rest of the week. Didn’t know if we would have surprise bill for cleaning....
If wanting fine dining make reservations ahead of time. Best price for food by the pools like sun pool. You get a refill drink cup. Meals by the pool run from 7 to 9 dollars. FYI ate at marketplace for part of 5 and was 195 dollars but to drive over bridge about 45 roundtrip plus meal 135...Cheaper taxi ride From casino to cruise ships and back as this..Act like your from cruise.

Good, relatively inexpensive place to stay in Atlantis resort.
The staff were quite helpful, the place was clean,the pool was okay but not as good as some in the Atlantis resort. Food is very expensive in Atlantis, so it helps to have a kitchen for meals, and we really saved money that way. We did bring a lot of food from home in order to have breakfast and most suppers at the villa. Also, like the fact that there is a washer/dryer in the room. Main disadvantage is distance from the main resort, but it is close to the Marina Village and the Ferry, where many tours are located.
Good for family with small kids.

Disappointed!
Many kitchen utensils/appliances missing. TV remotes missing. Never enough room towels for everyone in our party. Problems with air conditioning. Beds uncomfortable!

Feb 2009 Atlantis Harborside
Overall things went well, but we had a rocky start. We did not have a crib for the first 24 hours, a big deal if you have a small child. I feel the staff could have been more forthcoming with information (e.g., it was a cold spell while we were there and no where did I see or hear that the Splasher pool was heated.) But they did mention the inclusive dinner plan may not be worth it and let us out of it upon check-out.

Hotel fine/Resort a disappointment
We enjoyed our stay at the Harborside Resort. However, the Atlantis resort as a whole was very overpriced. If you can get a deal on your room the waterslides and various pools are great for kids. I would not pay full price to go here ever again.
