service is not what it used to be
I chose this hotel because I wanted a pool to swim in. It was the wrong color water. When we got to the pool, the chemicals were so bad it made my granddaughter sick. There are fees for everything and no slack for a person alone with two kids. I was told in front of other customers that I would be charged money if I could not keep them quiet. The clerk was frustrated and I heard her taking it out on every customer she came in contact with.
If you don’t want to be charged extra money make sure they are quiet.

Good Hotel but
I was really satisfied with my stay, but I do want to recomend that they have an indoor hot tub.

A good hotel.
Good place to stay for leisure or business. The room reserved stated that there was a sofa bed (there was none). Guest services missed a few spots from the previous guest.
If traveling with a family, make sure that the room reserved is the room you recieve upon arrival.Be sure to review the room before you unpack.
