WOW!

The hotel was beautiful and we were able to get it for a great price. It was close to my sister’s wedding site and we were also able to squeeze in the Winchester House of Mystery because of the location.

Little Extras

I would definitely recommend the Cypress Hotel.... it is clean and elegant and fun decor. I really appreciated the little extras the staff did for me.... like looking up Ecstatic Dance online for me so I could check it out while I was in the East Bay.... and offering to mapquest it and print out the directions..... instead of making me use the business center which costs more money. Cupertino is nowhere to hang out really, but I was in town for a wedding at Villa Montalvo in Saratoga and it was a very short drive. I decided to stay an extra night even. Thumbs up!

Great Experience

Comfortable room, very dog friendly, nice wine hour. We stayed here to attend a Chris Isaak Concert at Mountain Winery. It was a great stay.

Need to improve the design of room

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times before and always enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of the room. This time it was my first experience staying at a room with king size bed (even thought I requrested 2 queens), and I was surprised about the design of the room. Both the room and bath are spacious but with a fairly small counter space at the sink, and there is no tub but a floor standing shower curtain, not a good use of the space neither.

High Recommend

Beautiful decor, polite and knowlegable staff. Rooms are gorgeous. Meals were delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel as a great place to unwind and enjoy the wine reception held nightly in the area adjoining the lobby.

Excellent Hotel

The only thing that I could possibly say that was not available in the room was a coffee maker. There were even robes and pj’s to buy! Restaurant and bar were also quite nice. It was a great stay - would go back again.

Cupertino’s Best

My family has used this hotel a few times and it is always clean and comfortable. The location is convenient to both airports and several of the attractions outside of San Francisco. The service offered by the staff is cordial and efficient. We have also enjoyed the restaurant and found it exceptional.

Very nice hotel--this was our third stay.

The rooms and decor are very nice. Starbuck coffee and tea provided in the morning. Complimentary wine served at 4pm. It’s one of our favorite**** hotels.

A very satisfying stay

The Cypress Hotel in Cupertino CA has a quirky feel--with animal prints accenting the rooms, robes, and lingerie (like I said, quirky)--but there was nothing quirky about the accommodations. The room was nicely appointed, very clean. I would gladly stay there again. I had some intermittent problems with wireless access but otherwise I was completely satisfied.

Very Comfortable....More than Expected

I am a bit of a hotel snob and have been dissapointed more often than not with hotels, especially high-priced hotels. The Cypress is unlikely to disspoint anyone. The rooms are clean, attractive, and the bed and pillows were quite comortable.

Very Nice

The Cypress Hotel is very nice. The staff is right there to make your stay enjoyable. The main area has a hugh fireplace and beautiful mantel,and comfortable furniture. They have fresh Starbuck coffee in the lobby great area in the morning, along with tea. In the late afternoon they serve a specialty wine of the day. When we stayed there it was a wine from Argentina. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s located in a convenient area.

Wonderful Stay! Not your same ole, same ole!

Nice to be in a hotel that doesn’t ’feel’ like just another hotel. The animal prints and themes were a nice out of the norm experience and the hotel was very comfortable. The bed was a bit uncomfortable but overall a really great place to stay.

Nice silicon valley hotel

This is a new hotel and we just loved the beds and pillows, it was so comfortable. The front desk was also very helpful and the room service was on time and very friendly

Favorite Stay in Silicon Valley

The Cypress offers a comfortable, spacious room. It’s so clean there I actually feel comfortable walking around barefoot! Free coffee in the loby every AM, nice teas as well. Good business center (tho small) and fitness room. I’ve never eaten in the restaurant, but what I’ve had from room service was quite good (try the burger--it’s huge!). I’m always treated well by the front desk staff as well.

Rose perfume ruined the stay

Despite my numerous requests to turn off the rose-scented fragrance that was machine-blown throughout the lobby, it remained on. This smell was as noxious to me as is smoke. I believe the best air is fresh air and don’t feel it is fair to impose a particular fragrance on people. Many of us have environmental allergies--such odors actually irritate the nasal passages. Sorry to be so negative but another inconvenience is that the guest rooms don’t have full-length mirrors; business travelers, especially, need to be able to check themselves before leaving the room. You might find the decor horrendous and the dining room chairs uncomfortable but the beds are comfortable and the food is good.

A+++ for this hotel. Clean, very accomodating crew, and close to all establishments and main highways. I’d recommend to all.

Wild!

Beautiful, but funky decor...our room had tiger print carpet, cheetah print terry robes and polka dots on the walls! It was a fun place to stay...not the "same old, same old". We were visiting relatives in the area and found the garage easy in and easy out...also we walked to local shopping, Starbuck’s and a beautiful park.

Awesome, Simply Awesome

From the ergonomic chair, to the huge bed, to all that space: This hotel was fun, relaxing, and truly enjoyable. Although it is normally pricey, I got a good deal on it through Expedia. It was well worth the money I spent to stay at this luxury hotel. The staff was so friendly. I called ahead to find out if there was parking and if I could check in early. The woman on the other line greeted me at the front desk and she remembered me!!!! Everyone needs to stay at this remarkable hotel. It is well worth its weight in $$$$.
