A dump!!!
Temp. outside dropped into the 30s and there was no heat. Rooms are very small and very dated. No responce from front desk who also is the owner. Take this motel out of your system.

Roach motel
I am a budget travel, and mostly stay at the budget hotels, including several Best Value Inns. However, I would never stay here again. The motel is very run down and trashy. Sketchy people roam outside in the parking lot from the nearby neighborhood (its is a bad neighborhood). I was scared to crawl into the sheets or touch much of anything. I am glad I was only in there for a few hours to sleep. Overall, it was icky.

Simple motel
The room was fairly clean. There was small debris in the drawers. The pillows were stained gray (as if from smoke) yet it was a non smoking room. An attendant sprayed the room with VERY STRONG air freshener as we checked in (as if to cover up the smoke smell). It made me cough until we opened the windows to air it out. The bathroom was clean.
