Nice hotel, unfortunate location
The room was very comfortable and well kept up. Good amenities. The garden-like layout of the hotel complex was very attractive as well. The main drawback is its unfortunate location that can at times be downwind from a very smelly cattle facility. The evening we checked in the odor was horrendous. (I guess that’s why they put "country" in the hotel’s name.) Thankfully, that smell did not get in the room. By the next morning the wind had fortunately shifted, and the setting instantly became much more attractive.
