This was a great lodging in Ashland!
This hotel was extremely comfortable, convenient to downtown (a couple minutes walk), extremely well cared for and clean. The furnishings were very up to date and beds were so comfortable (also lots of pillows). The complimentary breakfast was good and in a pleasant dining area with nice view of the garden. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Garage parking was nice. We highly recommend this for a great visit to Ashland!
We visited the third week of October, so the fall foliage was beautiful.

Location, location
This hotel is just a few blocks from the theater and many outstanding restaurants. The room was spacious. We enjoyed the cookies and milk after the theater and the breakfast (included) had a great selection of items.

Not impressed at all
The rooms were about the quality of a Motel 6 for twice the price. I was expecting much better from the star rating and the description on Expedia’s web page. I was very disappointed.
Traveler's tip on dining
There is a good Thai place in Ashland, Thai Pepper. Great food and a beautiful outdoor seating area by a little stream. Gorg!
