Good hotel
the receptionist was good he talked to us with smile the hotel was really comforting and clean The only thing that I didnt like about the hotel is breakfast they only had cream cheese on the breakfast which is some thing that i didn’t like didn’t like how the manager or one of the employee treat the Hispanic girls who clean the rooms

Good location
Part of Hotel lobby was under construction. The continental breakfast was awful. Bed mattress not too comfortable but room was clean.Great train nearby to see downtown Charlotte....about 20 mins to downtown area.

Great Stay!
I had a great stay at Sterling. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean enough. The price was great! The best part was that the hotel is located about a block from a Lynx station. For three dollars round trip, I rode downtown without paying for gas or parking. Even after I checked out, the staff let me leave my car in the parking lot for the day. Great experience and location.
