Great location.
This hotel has a great location. It also has free parking which is a big plus for San Francisco. The rooms are adequate and comfortable. We were happy with the service as we were allowed to check in early which then gave us time to have a 3 hour tour of the city yet on the day we checked in and this tour was completely arranged for us by the hotel staff. If we returned to San Francisco this is where we would try to stay.

Not up sale but VERY nice
The hotel is 200 feet from Fisherman’s Wharf. We had a small balcony on the second floor facing Mason St. We could look down the street and see the Wharf. The hotel is not new, but clean. Free parking fore those that drive and hot chocolate and hot cocco if you want it. Only suggest, ask for a room not facing Mason St. Early morning traffic is noisy, but I still liked the room. The woman working the front desk as VERY nice and extremely helpful.

close to fisherman’s wharf and cable cars
We really liked this hotel . Our room faced the wall of another building, so we didn’t hear much noise and the room was cooler. The management was helpful. There was a good restarant around the corner for breakfast and a starbucks nearby to buy coffee cheaper than the restaurant’s cost of #3.50. The hotel was older but clean and fine. It was also next door to an Enterprise car rental. So comvenient!

Fisherman’s Wharf, cable car lines and car rentals were so close-by. We felt we were in the middle of everything. Be sure to go to the aquarium at fisherman’s wharf. Wonderful!We bought a City Pass which gives you a free boat ride under G.G. Bridge and around Alcatraz. You get into some museums free. Also City pass lets you ride cable cars free. Great deal!
