bad experience
The A/C controls fails and the heater continued to run even when the temperature setting was the lowest. Room too hot to stay. We had to switch rooms but the hot and cold water for the shower was completely switched. When we turned to H, it was cold water. When we turned to C, it was hot water. We did not rest well for two out of the three nights we were staying there.

cheap but not comfort
It is nice to stay because it is not expensive and so close to Banff downtown, nice neighbourhood. But, Beds were so bad. I could not sleep well.
