great location
hotel has one of the best locations in the city. room was a little small and the breakfast is not typical of a b&b but if you go in knowing this, its a great place. extremely clean and everyone was helpful.

Great Location - Good Value for Plaza Area
The location cant be beat, just 1 block off the Plaza. The only downside is that after booking the hotel, we found out that the historical building we thought we were getting (we stayed here 4 years ago) is no longer part of the Territorial Inn. The room was nice, but couldnt be compared to the genuine B&B room we stayed in on our first trip to Santa Fe.
Traveler's tip on dining
Try dining at The Shed, just a block away from the Territorial, for traditional Santa Fe cuisine. Also the Cowgirl Cafe has a butternut squash casserole that is very tasty.

Misrepresents self on the website
Shower and sink drainage terrible and not addressed when brought to attention of staff. Clear that they did not even rinse out the tub. Breakfast a glorified continental, not B$B standard. Evening desk personnel grumpy and not at all interested in assisting guests. Sheets were so old and worn that they did not fit mattresses. Robes were not provided without requests and were discolored and worn.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Santa Fe is an awesome city, with terrific restaurants, accomodations, shopping, sites and tours. Stay near the Plaza for convenience and ability to walk to most destinations. Worth renting a car for trip to Bandolier National Monument and to drive the hills of Santa Fe.
