Surroundings not impressed
With the location I expected the surroundings to be much better. Hotel staff were very nice but it was difficult to park without valet and there was a lot of construction in the area.

Good visit
Stay was short but room and service were both really good. Room had plenty of move around space and was clean and well kept. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay and I would recommend this hotel. Only negative was ease of parking and getting to the hotel due to the construction going on around the hotel.

Very nice stay
Stayed at the hotel with my family for one night. Hotel is very nice and room was comfortable. With 5 of us, we used the two queens and the pullout sofa. Breakfast in the morning was good, and the kids loved the pool on the top floor - which opens early in the morning, so you can use it. Only downsides: - All parking is valet, $18 for overnight - Room didn’t have sheets for pullout, but service quickly brought up a set. Overall, great location downtown next to MacArthur Center, very nice room and hotel, and good price for the condition.
