Disappointed
I love staying at Hyatt Place. However there were a few disappointments on this trip. The bath mat was folded over the tub and appeared to be clean however when unfolded it had blood on it. We then requested an early morning wake up call at 4:50 AM for a flight. We never got the wake up call which could have hindered our flight..

All that was advertised
This hotel included everything they advertised. It wasn’t anything special as far as attractions or anything, but was all that the ad said. They offer a nice continental breakfast and for a charge you can order additional breakfast items or plates. They also have an onsite coffee shop. The employees were always very courteous and helpful. Only downfall - didn’t get wake up calls, but there are alarm clocks in the rooms. :)
This location is not far from several attractions - aquarium, Coke museum, etc. and very close to the airport. There are a few good restaurants close by. There’s not really any shopping real close by. Not the "greatest area," but definitely not the worse.

Very Nice
The staff was extremely helpful and very pleasant. The hotel was convienent to the airport. The rooms were large and clean. Although we did not stay long, it was very comfortable. And the price was right!
