Dirty Sheets. Traveler BEWARE!
Hotel seems ok. but the cleanliness and service was terrible. First night was fine, The next night we cam in around midnight and notices our "fresh" sheets had yellow spots. We called down and asked for a new set. 30 min. later we called down again, after another 15 min. I went down and got a new set of sheets. They had yellow spots as well. Took them back and was given TWO more sets of sheets. They both had spots as well, in-fact on had dirt that looked like it could have been scrapped off with my fingernail. The desk assistant said she was out of sheets, so we ended up sleeping on the first set of "dirty" sheets. I think the cleaning staff was packing the washer/dryer too full for the sheets to get clean. I think the Yellow stains may have even been slight burning from the dryer. But you never know. Yellow stains could be alot of things. Either way it was NOT ACCEPTABLE! The next morning the staff did nothing to apologize for the situation, even after I complained. Breakfast requires a micorwave to be a "hot breakfast" Find another place to stay.

Worth the money
The Microtel in Florence is an excellent buy for the money. Nice rooms. Full continental breakfast, including biscuits and gravy (yum!) Staff was courteous and friendly. Enjoyed my experience.

There’s a mall and resturants galore less than 5 minutes from the hotel.

Suprised
We were pleasantly surprised with what we got at this hotel for the price. We were allowed to park and fly. Stayed one night and then they shuttled us to airport and allowed us to leave our vehicle at the hotel for the week. They then picked us up after the return flight. Also, gave us free vouchers for the putt-putt place next door, which our 5-year old loved! Very pleasant people working there as well.
