This hotel has reasonable services and facilities. It has free wifi and is in a pleasant environment with good access to Southend, Raleigh and surrounding areas. The rooms are a little spartan, but clean and smoke free (in the non smoking rooms). The "pub" style food is acceptable. This hotel has been consistently good value for two years.
