good location, clean and very friendly staff
We had a great stay at the Spruce Grove Inn. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was ample underground parking. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was included. The price was very reasonable compared to other hotels and B&Bs in Banff. Overall, I was very satisfied and would stay there again!

New, shiny, big
We had a "premium" room, which ended up being larger than our studio apartment at home, with 2 queen beds, a switch-on fireplace, a sofa, a microwave, and a small eating table. The hotel has free wireless, though the upload rates to the US were quite slow (we were trying to upload pictures). In addition, our nightly rate was quite reasonable, only about 20% higher than the lowest we saw.
