Not the most luxorious hotel, but very pleased with our stay. Would stay again!
Our room was a bit smaller and the decor was a bit older than I expected, but we were very happy with this hotel and our stay. The location was extremely convenient yet away from the hustle and bustel, the staff were very helpful and pleasant, the bathroom was bigger than expected, and the free contintental breakfast was very nice and convenient. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable thing I’ve ever slept on, but it was ok and the room was very quiet (except for some boisterous neighbors who came in at 2 am).
If coming from the airport, take the National Connect train to Paddington station - it is much cheaper than the Express train and only about 10-15 minutes longer. Easy walk from Paddington. The Lancaster Gate tube station is right across the street from the hotel as well. Get an oyster card and don’t forget to turn it in when you’re done with it to get your deposit and any unused fares back. Hyde Park is lovely and just across the street as well.

Great location, great dining room...wonderful staff. Cozy, friendly...clean... I can go on and on. Definitely will be back!

Breakfast Review
Complimentary Breakfast staff was friendly and efficent. Items included cereals, hard boiled eggs, toast or rolls, flavored yogarts, fruit cocktail, coffee and juices. Hot Breakfast available for small fee.

Conveniently located next to Lancaster Gate Tube Station, walking distance from Paddington Station. Bus stop right outside the Hotel. Across the street to Hyde Park.
