Good Location
Smallest bathroom ever seen - even on a cruise ship, but OK for couple of days. Authentic Georgian style house.

It’s functional and cheap for London
There was no phone in the room and our 3rd floor room was at the top of 4 flights of VERY narrow steps--no lift. But it was OK for the price and convenient to Victoria Station.
Was warned by a local of pickpockets around the underground.

No elevator, no bellman, no air-conditioning, no ice, no return
Title says it all. Our room was five floors up with no help with our heavy luggage. One window with no screens was the air conditioning. We checked out immediately in the morning and gave up our multi-day prepayment in order to move into much better (and not much more expensive) chain hotel nearby.
Look carefully about availability of elevators and air conditioning for hotels in the UK. Unlike the US, many do not have these basic amenities.
