Established in 1972 by proprietor Alex Biggin, this historic manor house dating from the fifteen century enjoys the most tranquil and picturesque location in the foothills of the Pennine range and close to the Peak National Park. Furnished with period furniture, the restaurant at Riber is renowned for its outstanding cuisine and fine wines. The bedrooms around the courtyard and in the old hall feature antique beds, the majority of which are four posters.
