OK for business
Not a bad place to stay if you are on business or going to the races and need a more reasonably priced place to stay. Food is good - wine list needs reviewing though.

Great Hotel - but extra info necessary
The Copthorne was clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful. It’s only a few miles from Windsor which is a great place for (other than the castle), nightlife, eating, shopping, etc.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
If you are coming from the airport (Heathrow), you should know that it costs 60 GBP to get there by airport taxi. To return to the airport, the Copthorne will book you a taxi for about 25 GBP. If you want to avoid that crazy expense on the way out, there is a bus running from the Central Bus Station in the airport that gets you to about a five minute walk from the hotel for only a few GBPs.

Slough’s best
The hotel itself was great. It was clean, comfortable and the staff was pleasant. The consierge staff was very knowledgeable and exceptionally helpful. The restaurant was a bit pricey and there were not a lot of other restaurant options available in the town of Slough.
