Construction work
Lobby remodel going on, so some thing aren’t available. While parking is free, limited space which made it difficult to park coming back to our room from a late night concert.

Very nice room, but not a great overall experience
Ok the room was very nice I’ll give them that and the bed was very comfortable. The biggest problem was that while the website said there was a restaurant there was not! The hotel was remodelling and the "cafe" or "bistro" or whatever they want to call it was closed. The 24 hour food market they talk about were vending machine items overpriced, and a few drink options. Everything was in disarray because of the construction. The desk clerks ranged from helpful and friendly to very poor. The computers available in the lobby were constantly being used by people playing games and surfing facebook for hours, even though they were supposed to by limited to 30 minutes at a time. Getting to NYC was costly and time consuming, although they did give good directions and several price options, unfortunately I was there on a weekend which limited my choices. I also could not get the in room movie to work.
Traveler's tip on dining
Ruby Tuesday’s was a great option for dinner, good food, and not too expensive, and easily within walking distance. The mall which is also close enough to walk to offers a decent food court and a Chili’s as well. These will do till the hotels restaurant is available again.
