Very comfortable and modern rooms, average service
We stayed at this hotel during NY holiday in 2009. The hotel was in the process of being remodeled, but the renovation of the rooms was completed. This was probably the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in Europe as far as comfort of the rooms. Our room was very modern, it had plasma TV, VERY comfortable beds and great bedding. Overall it felt very comfortable and luxurious. The hotel is in a great location, right in the center. Few negatives were lack of free internet access and free breakfast (for the price it should have been included) and not very helpful stuff. On two occasions we brought to their attention the fact that one of the shower heads was not working, and in the 4 days we stayed there it was not fixed.
