Not conveniently located

The Hotel is outside of Aix in a pretty grungy area of town- lots of graffiti on the walls nearby, not many place within walking distance to eat (Mickey’s Pizza was about it- although Mickey himself was very nice). You cannot tour Aix without a car and taxi’s are difficult to find. One the plus side, there was ample parking available at the hotel and it was very easy to get back on the motorway once I left the hotel. The room was clean but very small, the beds uncomfortable. I am not extremely picky about my hotels (usually cleanliness is about all I care about) but I would not stay here again. There are numerous hotels in Aix itself that were far nicer.

Traveler's tip on local attractions

If you go in July or August ABSOLUTELY rent a car and visit the Lavendar fields in Provence. They are extremely impressive.
