Good deal for the money
My husband and I recently stayed at Hotel Eden Montmartre for 12 nights. The rooms are a bit small and could use some new carpeting, but overall the hotel was nice and quite a bargain. The walls are thin and we could hear music from a local bar into the early morning on one weekend night, but did not have any other problems the remainder of our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a quaint area of the city, not too close to any tourist attractions, yet only a block away from the subway station. There are also numerous cafes, bakeries, shops, and bars within just minutes of the hotel. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful Eden Getaway Nestled Near the Sacred Heart of Paris
The Hotel Eden Montmartre is a wonderful hotel not far from the Basillica Sacre Coeur slightly North of Paris (Zone 2). The staff are very friendly, multi-lingual, and service oriented. The rooms are clean and fresh sheets, towels, and linens are provided every day. The bathrooms are clean, and in good working order. The rooms are cleaned daily and are very comfortable. A delicious continental breakfast is offered daily which was included in our package. Besides being a great hotel there are other advantages to staying at the Hotel Eden Montmartre. 1) It is very close to a major subway stop. This makes it very easy to get in and around Paris and back to the Hotel in a timely manner. 2) It is convient to Banks, ATM, The Post Office, local dinning, emergency clinic, and many various shops. 3) It Provides a slice of Parisian life not seen at the tourist locations. Even though we saw all of the major attractions, we also loved just strolling around the area near the hotel. Meeting and talking with the locals. Being a little further out from the city made the entire stay much more restful and socially engaging.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
1)Buy hotel/flights online. Dont rent a car. 2)Buy a week long subway pass (Zones 1&2) at the Metro & use the subway. The Metro is reliable, safe, and youll save $. 3)Buy your dinner cruise locally. 4)Buy lunch from a local shop and carry it with you. 5)The Metro Versallies package is a great deal. 6)Learn some French before you go. Be polite & courtious this will go a long way to making your vacation enjoyable. 7)Negotiate prices w/street vendors they want a sale as much as you want to buy.

Will definitely stay here again!
I took my parents to see the sights of Paris and although we didnt spend much time in the room when we did there were no complaints, only good things to say. First it is very very close to the Jules Joffrin metro stop. The hotel staff were great (I left my phone in the room on accident and they shipped it back to the U.K within the week and were excellent about it),also very friendly and helpful. Our triple room was clean and there was plenty of room for all of us. Breakfast was basic but hey its breakfast and it was included in the Expedia price-not to mention the fact that if you dont like bread there are hundreds of little cafes dotted around that area of Montemarte. All in all great stay-will definitely recommend to all of our friends and would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
There were three of us traveling and we used the 10 single metro tickets(11 euros)for each of our 4 days. What would have cost us 60 euros for each of us to get a 3 day unlimited pass only cost us 44. We saw everything there is to see and had 3 tickets left over.
