I will never go back to this Hotel

None explanation about the service, pretty bad service,the restrooms odor were nasty, no shampoo or any soap when we arrive, difficult to find the hotel when we arrive, no maps or bus line brochures in the hotel and they did not know how to go to Manhatan so was difficult for us to find the right train station to go there,the hole hotel smelt ugly. I will never come back to this hotel. I have been in N York in other hotels, same price and very good service. I did a mistake choosing this hotel.

Traveler's tip

If you go to Manhatan, I suggest stay in N York instead N Jersey. You can use your N York metrocard easily and faster to take any bus or subway without worried about the hour you want to arrive to your hotel and without taxi s payment.

Dirty and vile

Very tired - cigarette holes in the bedspreads - not particularly clean - and worst of all - there was a dead animal or something in the bottom of the elevator shaft which filled both elevators with an absolutely vile aroma and it took days of complaining to get it addressed - and it was clear they knew about it and that this had been a problem for some time before I even mentioned it, as the desk clerk said "does it still smell in there?" Location is very desolate and hard to find - would have had a very bad time without the GPS. The only plus was a good upscale outlet mall across the street. Only food nearby was Ruby Tuesday and whatever was in the outlet mall. My expectations were not high, but I am a very seasoned traveler and this is absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
