Not impressed
Only one person was friendly to us, everyone else was grumpy. Never had refills for coffee filters, sugar, etc. for room. Never had extra pillows, towels,etc. Never got our room cleaned. They were finally going to clean it the last day and we told them they could wait till we checked out, what was one more day after a long wait?

VERY ACCOMODATING! MET ALL OUR NEEDS!
The hotel is 3 stories and it,apparently,is mainly smoking on the top floor, so when I asked for the highest floor to get the best view of the river, could only get 2nd. Still, view was great! Make sure to ask for a river view!!! The other side is street view.
