Great location in Santa Fe
Loved the hotel. It was close to every thing. We walked most of the time. The staff was friendly, The breakfast room was very warm and welcoming and the food was good.
Loved the Georgia OKeeffe museum. Ate at Blue Corn Cafe, the Shed and La Pranza which were all good. Tomasitas was average.

More pros than cons
I was in town sans my husband for a wedding and picked Old Santa Fe Inn for its proximity to the Plaza. Its an adorable place - the staff could not have been friendlier - with nice touches like a breakfast burrito bar and cookies in the afternoon. The room was lovely and got the job done for the short amount of time I was there. Would I stay there again? Probably not, despite how much I enjoyed my visit. All the rooms face a gravel parking lot - motor court style - and as a light sleeper I was awakened often by cars crunching through the gravel late at night and the sounds of them setting their car alarms. I was also situated in a room right next to the front office, so I heard a lot of people talking and such on their way in and out of the office. Overall, though, this is a great place. And a solid deal for the money.
