Not very nice but ok
A train station is just cross-street. Easy to get on public transportation, but it needs at least 2 hours to Heathrow airport. A bit far east. Service is so so. Facilities not cool. I don’t like the LCD TV. When you lie on the bed, the images are dim. Overall, not very good and not too bad either.

Nice hotel...
...and the price was good too. It’s new, and a few things are still being worked on. Albeit, great location outside a DLR train station. By train it’s about 20-25 minutes to central London (I’m from there, thus know where I’m going). I’d stay there again. Albeit, ask for an additional blanket, and additional towels...

Hotels are only really for sleeping. So, get up, head to London, and just stay there for the day, then head back to the hotel late at night.

If location and transportation is not main importance.
If you look for good hotel rates in london, that is a good option because it is a nice hotel, comparing with other hotels. But the location is really bad and you would spend more in transportation to city downtown.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Get a hotel in downtown area because that area is relatively small and you can walk around. Remember that transportation in London is extremelly expennsive.
