Lovely hotel, shame about the area
We loved the hotel, it was beautiful with an amazing view, lovely roomes with beds and bed linen to die for. However, be aware that the hotel is not located in an area where you can wander out for a nice breakfast in a cosy cafe. This is Times Square and 8th street. Not nice, not cutural, just very dirty, mass commericalised cheap tourist area. The hotel was an oasis!

Wow...Awesome Hotel
This is THE place to stay in NYC. It is so close to Times Square. The service is superb. The rooms are clean and include a safe...great feature. The rooms are modern. The comfort of the beds is second to none. Doesn’t have that hotel feel. Very clean. will definitely return. The service was like no other and the view was excellent!!

We were so close to EVERYTHING, but if you wanted a cab, the door men would have you in one in less than 5 seconds.

Impressed
Excellent corner room with king sized bed though closet was only suitable for one person. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Great location for theater, museums and restaurants. Only the absence of a bathrobe in the room marred an otherwise delightful three night stay.
