Very Disappointed Prati
We arrived at night, the hotel gave us the wrong room, which was very small with no air conditioning. The halls were dark. We only had one young man, the director’s son was very helpful and polite - he tried to understand English. He gave us a new room, which was like the one displayed on the website. The day time personnel did not understand English. There was miscommunication about the usage of the internet, I was told if I use the internet - fifty minutes would be four euros and sixty minutes would be eight euros. I was on the internet for fortyfive minutes and was charged eight euros. The attendant argued with me for twenty minutes, then he gave me one euro back. I was also not offered any type of hotel services that this hotel displays on its website. I was going to stay my full seven days, but could not take it no more, I told the on duty attendant that we were going to check out of the hotel, he did not care because I prepaid for my hotel room and he made sure I understood that I was not getting none of my money back - in English. So the hotel kept all my money for the full stay and did not offer to give any of the money back. It was just an awful experience.
Please select another hotel..... best advice, not to stay in Napoli..... if you do, make sure you understand the language a little or enough so that you are not being riped off - make sure you understand the value of the money. the traffic is crazy people jay walk, cross and ride any where, it is just nuts.... not a place for the little ones.....

A good value for the cost which was quite reasonable
The location of the Hotel is great. The appearance is okay, but really okay based on the price. The staff speaks English, passably. The room was cleaned daily and sheets and towels replaced. The breakfast was okay; the dining area charming. ONE CRITICISM: No safe in the room.

Hotel Prati is near the termini and is a great value for the cost.

Not a three star hotel
This hotel was a frightening experience. The lobby was dark,as was the hallway to our room. Which made our very afraid of walking out of our room. When I tried to call the day before arrival for information on taxi cost from airport they did not answer the phone. This would have saved us 60 dollars if we had known where the hotel was from the airport. The only positive thing was the gentleman working the desk. He was nice and helpful with taxi information for our early departure the next day.
Traveler's tip
Always ask the cost of a taxi drive to your destination. We paid $80 for what should have cost $24. Plus he almost killed us. Naples is not a nice place.
