Very nice
A short walk to Canal St, then into the French Quarter. NO is very quiet these days, so walking to the Quarter is fine during the day, but take a taxi home at night. Parking is $18 for your stay, which was a little surprise but fine. The hotel is clean, quiet and friendly. I’d stay there again.

No place to park,
The hotel was nice but offered no parking. We had to pay a daily rate to park in a lot across the street. This lot was not owned by the hotel. No where in the location information did it inform you parking would have to be paid for. This was a moderate amount and I feel it was information that should have been provided. It was also a problem at times cars would be parked behind you and then you had to locate the attendant. It was a hassle.
Traveler's tip on nightlife
Nightlife pass was great one price per person gave you great options. Katrina Tour was an eye opener. New Orleans needs tourists and they were the most welcoming hosts.
