not bad but had some issues

This hotel room was nice, comfortable and clean. WiFi service was a little week. For some reason there parking lot was filled and I had trouble finding a place to park. I also had some noisy guests above me that the managment didnt seem to be able to get a handle on. Overall not too bad but they need to be sure there is parking spaces for all there guests.

this time just ok

Has always been both convenient and accomodating in the past. This time, no internet and no interest in getting it fixed and broken hot tub. Crowded and untended breakfast area. Too bad. Has always been a good value previously.

Great Hotel Close to Airport

Had a fantastic stay. Rooms were very clean and large with two queen beds. The pool was excellent, nice and warm and big enough to do laps in. Hot tubs were great and there are two of them so no waiting in line for people to leave! Full breakfast was a nice added touch, we didn’t have to run and find breakfast somewhere else before catching our early flight. And the hotel staff were very courteous and knowledgeable. Overall one of the best hotel experiences I have had. Will definitely stay there again.

Great Place stayed 2 different times

The Checkin staff was awsome a very nice girl that pionted out all the amenities etc. The later staff was always cheerful and courteous, The room was a single king and large and luxurious. I did not use the internet but they had both wireless and hard connect. The bed was very comfortable for me and my Girlfriend...... The showers were hot and clean the linnens were standard nice. With a checkout time of 12:00 instead of the traditional 11:00 am we were not rushed to leave.

This is Close to the Gertens Green House. One of the absolute LARGEST Garden centers in the United States. With over 16 Acres under glass (green houses) and 160 acres total their selection and service is second to none.

Good Hotel for the price

Cheap but drab

This suite hotel just had regular motel rooms. The hotel has seen some definite wear and tear. The beds were fairly comfortable but the the room itself was drab. On the plus side, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. With all the hotels in the Minnesota area, I will try many other ones before I return to Eagan again.

Average hotel

Check the comforter & sheets before laying your head to rest. Our sheets were dirty & our conforter had blood & coffee stains. Front desk said they would have housekeeping change (2 stayed 2 nights) but they never did. We had to call the front desk after we returned & found the bloodstain was still there. The plus is that the staff was very friendly and there is free wi-fi in the rooms. The sheets did not fit the mattress very well so you had to constantly "fix" the sheet. Basically, the cost compared to the hotel was ok. I would have preferred a discount for our troubles but the room & breakfast is worth the price if you get clean sheets and a clean comforter.

Never again

The staff were super nice and helpful, however the beds were lumpy, towels were old and worn out. WiFi not working, could not get any work done in room and remote control for TV only went up channels, did not go down.

was OK...a few issues

the van shuttle to Mall of America was a nice amenity when we arrived there were no towels in the room but we were in a hurry to get to the Mall of America so we simply let the desk know and offered to take them up ourselves. not a big deal to us we arrived back from the Mall and it was rather late so we quickly settled back into the room to get the kids into bed. it wasn’t until we were all settled that I realized that the food crumbs on the floor weren’t from our stay b/c we hadn’t even eaten anything in the room...or at least nothing much and nothing with crumbs. in the morning with more light, it was apparent that the room was a bit dirty. it appears the housekeeping had not finished cleaning our room, including no vacuuming and no towels. I mentioned it to the desk in the morning and the gal tried to sound sympathetic to the situation and she mentioned that there had been a large group of softball teams staying there and they had run out of towels (after we had gotten our four from the desk) and had resorted to handing out swimming towels and even so they had run out. That was an odd problem to hear of but I don’t know why the housekeeping never finished cleaning our room. It wasn’t a horrible experience but it was unfortunate that the room was not at least clean of food crumbs from prior guests. The price was good and the amenities were as well. I wouldn’t write this one off. The staff was friendly

the amusement park inside the Mall of America was a huge hit with our 11 and 7 year old boys and for $18 one can purchase unlimited rides from 5 p.m. until close which was great for them and we could watch them and be with them without also having to pay for our presence inside the park. that was perfect for our preferences and budget

Great stay!

This hotel is excellent. They shuttle you anywhere for free( Mall of america, resturants, shopping) and then call them 30 minutes before your ready to go and they will meet you where ever you tell them to meet you. The desk help was fantastic, gave us everything we forgot to bring with us. They were super friendly and nice to talk to. I highly recommend this hotel- A+

Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks

It was cheaper to stay here and they do anything they can to make you happy- great way to economically stay right near minneapolis.

Nice hotel

I enjoyed our 1 nite stay at Comfort Suites. It was far enough away from the airport that noise was not a factor. The room and lobby were clean and the desk person was very freindly.

Great value!

Clean room, nice pool (not tiny), two hot tubs, very friendly and helpful staff. For the price, I have never stayed at a nicer place. Great value! Close to Mall of America and many other places of interest.

This hotel won’t wow you but it was well cared for and a good value. Also not on a main highway which made it quiter.

Comfortable rooms

We were very happy with the rooms we got. However beings we had as party of 11 people we would have liked all the rooms on the same floor at least.Hopefully the next time we need a group of rooms we will get them all together.

Calln as early as you can to get your rooms when there is a lot of events going on, at time of stay.

Extreme Comfort!

My sister and I got in really late and were tired & ready for bed. The check-in was fast and efficient and the room was very clean and a comfortable size. The bed was the best! It was like sleeping on a cloud so I would go back for sure!

There wasn’t a refridgerator in the room so don’t bring anything that needs to stay cold.

This hotel has the best blankets of any hotel I have ever stayed at, including some high end hotels.

Our family of three had picked this hotel based on its positive reviews of cleanliness, friendly service, and its nice continental breakfast area. This hotel met and exceeded our expectations in these areas. I usually dread hotel stays because my back feels sore by morning, however their beds were very comfortable. Location was great too. I would obviously search up this hotel when my family visits again. Thank you. Jeff

Eagan is just minutes away from Minneapolis, lots to do their. A nice shopping complex and large movie theatre are only about three miles from the hotel.

Very nice inexpensive hotel!!

This was a very nice hotel that was fairly inexpensive. It was located in a very convenient area. You are only about a mile from Interstate 494 which is also 3 miles down from the Mall of America. The pool was nice and there were also 2 hot tubs. Their was a great complimentary breakfast. Also there was a McDonalds across the parking lot which we walked over to for a cheap supper.

Traveler's tip on shopping

This is located only 1 mile off of Interstate 494. There are so many shopping facilities on this interstate including the famed Mall of America. The Mall of America is only 3 miles down the Interstate.

Very pleasant!

I travel for business a great deal. By far, I found this hotel the cleanist and most comfortable of its class. The decor was cozy, the front desk was helpful, and the room was very clean and comfortable. I will use this chain again wherever my travels take me!
