Very nice for business travel!!!
It was very nice to have everything my team needed right there at the hotel. A very nice meeting room, restaurant, walking distance to several other restaurants, and the Manager treated us very well!

Not a Positive Experience
Booked these rooms in February for a July visit. Asked for connecting rooms, not followed through. We were told nothing was available even next to each other. We were given rooms somewhat across from each other but with 3 small children in our party, this didn’t accomplish what we wanted or needed. The check in clerk was nice, gave us breakfast vouchers but couldn’t accomodate our request made months earlier. The final blow came when they billed this prepaid room to my Visa card and it took over 10 days and multiple phone calls to get this corrected. "Oh, I’m sorry, we do this all the time. We meant to bill Expedia not you." On my next bi-annual Anchorage visit I will stay somewhere else.
