The room was very nice but the carpet needed to be cleaned.
We face the lake with the Dredge Resturant and the back side of the town. It was extremely noisey. We couldnt get any sleep untill after 2:am in the morning. The hotel said people usually preferred that side because it was quiet not true. I would prefer to say up futher on the mountain said with a view of the mountains.

Great Location
We stayed in the summertime, and the location is great. The units are newer, and very comfortable. There is actually no one on the premises, and you pick up your keys/info at the management company on Main Street. They were very helpful. Two negatives are mandatory 10am check out, and very noisy at night and in the am if your unit faces town. Next time we would request a mountain view.
Traveler's tip on dining
Do the daylight donuts for a 3.75 breakfast and experience, and then do Columbine Cafe for another great breakfast.(costs more) Went to" the cellar" for happy hour..tapas and drinks..Great...the shrimp/flank steak/olives&nuts/chefs dessert sampler...wonderful.

Will Definitely Go Back
This is a condo in Breckenridge, CO. The kitchen is well equipped, bathroom has wonderfully think towels and nice ammenities, the couch is a queen bed, and there is a separate bedroom with a queen bed. The view out our balcony was breath taking. 2 negatives, no maid service unless you request it for their nominal fee and the condo is very warm in the summer.
Traveler's tip on dining
Dining with a family on vacation can be very expensive at times. The beauty about this place is the fully equipped kitchen. Just walk down or take the free bus to the grocery and eat in a meal or two.
