Definitely would go back!
We were absolutely impressed with this hotel. To start whenever you go to an all inclusive resort the quality of food is either a hit or a miss. This resort was a huge hit. Not only was the food great but the selection on the buffet was tremendous and there were a number of restaurants to choose from for dinner. The rooms were spacious and we loved walking over the lagoon in the jungle. You got a great feeling of natural life within the resort and then right around the bend was a huge pool and the beach was awesome as well. Really can’t say enough about this place. We went in October so it was the off season however all staff members treated you like there was a full house. I am a firm believer in always going to new places however I would love to go back to this resort!
Watch out at the airport. Be sure to have your transportation to the resort set up before you get to the airport. If you don’t know what it should cost to get you to the hotel or you will be taken.

Amazing hotel and location. Food and resturant service could be better.
Very nice hotel, the location was amazing. It was in the middle of the jungle an in front of the sea. It was build respecting the nature, the spa was stunning. The hk dep did a good job on keeping everything clean. The only thing to point out was the quality of the food and the service in the restaurant. I except better food and a friendlier service in a 5 star hotel. I had dinner in every restaurant and I must say that the Brazilian was the best. The worst was the fish restaurant I expected fresh sea food but it was defrosted. I recommend this hotel for its location, spa, shows, and for the beach. Been many times in Mexico and this is till now the most beautiful hotel in which I stayed

Great facilities , not so great service
Room , facilities and resturants were great , service not so great . Very few of the staff speak english , if you ask for anything outside of what they do on a daily basis , forget it , it won’t happen . Not a big comitment to customer service .
