IPG had a few glitches
I’ve stayed with IPG two times previous and had pleasant visits. There were a few problems with this stay. We arrived late (they knew we were coming in past mid-night). The main office was hard to locate and the font desk attendant was asleep on the floor when we arrived. He gave us the wrong key and we drove 20 minutes away to the condo only to find that the key didn’t work. We informed the front desk and he told us we had to return to the office and there was nothing else he could do. On our way out of the complex we noticed an adjacent room door was open and dark. Unsure if there was something suspicious with the room, we returned to the main office and told the night attendant. After much discussion (he called and woke up a manager) we were given another room that had not been used in a month. It was DUSTY! Housekeeping did come the next day but if I could do it again, I would have been more forceful. IPG wasted over an hour of my time, in the early hours of the morning and really did nothing to make up for that. These condos are not really close to the parks, 30 minute drive or so and are not accessible unless you have a rental car.
Maybe the economy is bad or maybe it’s the time of year, but there were no lines at any of the theme parks! End of October was a good time to visit Orlando!

Outstanding IPG Villa.
We were very pleased with the condition and location of the villa. we can’t wait to return to it in a few years.

Already planning return visit....
Have to admit we were worried about not knowing what to expect the staff and sales personel with IPG Homes were very accomadating and we could not have been anymore pleased with the house we vacationed in for 10 days....Thanks to Expedia..
We choose to rent a car at the airport allowing use the freedom to eat outside the parks and take in other Orlando attractions....
