Good location in Lourdes
- This is our first trip to Lourdes - a pilgrimmage. Only 1 thing I complain or may I suggest to the hotel is the hotel should tell the other customers to be more quieter (talking) after 10pm, in the hallway or in the other room, since the hotel has echo. There is no phone in my room(tripple room -3rd floor). Very good location to walk to the Sanctuary de Notre Dame de Lourdes, & clean room.

It is what it is
For the price it was ok if you are used to roughing it. I just needed a place to sleep at night so it was alright. The staff were very nice and did what they could to help and the hotel is walking distance from the grotto and the train station.

Not real flash
A basic room for a basic price. Sevices were okay but our room was flooded by the upstairs room - and by the stains on the wall it had happened before. I think you can do better for the location as many places on offer. I would not stay there again although staff were great.
