Not convient location
Been in better, been in worse Pay more, get more Had tp park on street (difficult and not cheap) as their lot was closed early when i had to leave

Best Western hotel in Florence
Very nice hotel in a good location not far from the train station. Ideal as a base for traveling my train to various destinations such as Venice, Pisa, etc. Our room (#109) must have been the worse one in the whole hotel. It was extremely noisy, both from the lobby and the street and very smelly. It smelled like sewage. The smell was also present outside the room and might have been a temporary problem unique to our room location. I hope.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Very friendly front desk clerks. I would recommend to ask for a map (free). Email access from a local internet-phone shop for just a few cents. Most cost-effective I have seen in Italy.
