Wonderful Visit
This hotel had a very relaxed atmosphere. Close to restaurants, wonderful beach access, and VERY nice and helpful staff. Our visit to this hotel and island was perfect. A true vacation.

Orient Bay
The Alamanda Resort is a solid choice for travelers to Orient Bay. The beach is just out your door, the rooms are large and clean, and very comfortable. The staff was excellent. Some have made comments about the hard beds. If your used to a euro pillow top mattress, then there hard. I don’t use those mattresses so the beds were firm, but not hard.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
The food on the beach is expensive. Go to the market and get what you need for lunch, you’ll save a ton. The dollar is down to the euro at 1.44. So you lose 40 cents on every dollar transaction.
