Not Happy
We stayed because no other hotels could be had in Lubbock on that particular night. The staff was cordial but not very friendly they seemed just to go through the motions. I was really upset when I found they charge you for a second person even when you book a room with double beds.

The worst hotel stay ever!
I have been in my share of hotels and this one will be with me forever. The hotel was not real clean. I didn’t want to walk on the floors without socks. The next thing that I noticed was the bed. I have camped on cots that were more comfortable. I couldn’t sleep for more than a couple hours at a time without my body starting to ache and waking me up. I would have said that it was just me and that I like a softer bed, but my husband who can sleep on anything was considering the floor. The other issue with the room was we were in a non smoking room, and when you go in the bathroom, the fan automatically comes on. This would be okay in most cases, except it pumped cigarette smoke into the bathroom. We also found out this was the case when I turned on the Fan mode for the Heat/AC. I let the person at the front desk know when we left at 7 am, and they told me they were looking into replacing the beds. Think of my relief to know that when I never come back, that the beds could be better.

JES in Raleigh
The bedding material was very disgusting dirty. It was so dirty that I tore it off the bed and carried it to the desk clerk and threw it on the floor. He apploigized and gave me a new room. The kitchen floor in the secnd room was so sticky that I put the extra towels on the floor so my feet would not stick to the floor when I got up the use the bathroom during the night. If I had not been so tired I would have moved to another hotel.

It served our purposes and made our stay enjoyable.
We were visiting family and it was convenient for us. It was clean and comfortable and that is what we want in a place to stay. Great stay for us.

The saying you get what you pay for is right!!
For the price it was duable but would never recommend to anyone! The staff was very un-friendly. The entire extended stay Hotel was extremely smoky including my non-smoking room. The bathroom had private hairs in shower. The rooms really need to be updated too!
