Jameson Inn in West Monroe, LA
Overall it is a very comfortable inn. The only inconvenience was small - there were a number of fellow-travelers in the breakfast area at the same time, so parts of the area (notably the waffle maker) were inaccessible for lengths of time. The only problem encountered with the room were a loose shower control medallion and a pronounced crack in the shower tub. These were called to the attention of the desk clerk upon checkout.

Comfortable Stay
Stay was comfortable and room was nice and clean. Price was very reasonable compared to hotels surrounding this property, but on arrival, I felt somewhat uncomfortable in the parking lot area and it was a little noisy in the hallways near the stairwell. Could smell smoke from smoking rooms that must have been near my nonsmoking room.
