Short beds & mold on bathroom tile grout
The beds were really short, there was mold on the grout in the bathroom, they appeared to be old efficiency apartments converted to motel rooms. The size of the room was large. Convenient location.

I’d stay there again.
Not a luxury hotel, but very clean and convenient. I appreciated the helpfulness of the friendly staff, writing out directions to help me find my way around. I’d stay there again.

Pleasantly surprised
When my husband’s mother took a turn for the worse, we wanted a hotel near the hospital, so we could nap or shower when we had time. The hotel, directly across the street from Beaumont, was a very pleasant surprise. It was obviously an older hotel, and was a bit worn (kind of like a favorite robe and slippers), but it was so comfortable and clean, it was just the respite we needed at such a difficult time. I would stay there any time.
