Like renting an apartment in NYC
Clean, modern and spacious room, a few blocks from the subway. Includes all the amenities of a small apartment for a price lower than most NYC hotels. Being an "apartment hotel", they dont offer supplementary services like room service or in-hotel restaurants, but if you just want a cozy place to stay its a great deal.

value and locaion
OK, this is a suite and was great for size and ammenities, biggest issue was the decor, beige and brown from about 15 years ago. Also the cleaners where useless they may have washed the glasses but didnt hoover the place. But a good weekend was still had and would go back again as value for money and location where great.

A roomy room
Having a studio apartment in NYC enabled us to save money by eliminating a few restaurant meals. The full kitchen was well stocked and charming. The room was spacious, bright and clean, the bed comfortable, and heat ample. There was generous closet space, and all the amenities we could have asked for. The location was quite far east, in the heart of the NYU medical complex, but still central enough north/south to be walkable to most of our recreational activities. It was pleasant to return from a days events and not be in a typical NYC hotel room, with six inches to spare around every piece of furniture--if space is a priority, this is a lovely option.
