The refigurator was not working and the kitchenfan was bad.

Better than a hotel
Check in ended up being very easy. Our room was different than we expected, but it was nice. It is not three individual rooms, like in a suite. It is two different condos with an adjoining door. Which means that you have two kitchens, two washer/dryers, etc. It worked out for us and ended up being nice that two loads of laundry could be done at once. Housekeeping was minimal. We requested that the master bath be cleaned because it was dirty and that was never done. You have to take the trash out yourself. Some days housekeeping would come in and make your bed and remove the trash and other days they wouldn’t. Also, we realized on our third day that something was wrong with the heater so we called the operator and they sent the engineer who told us that some part was removed from the heater and he needed to go get it. The TV was not working either, but the engineer was able to fix that with the push of a button. They were both quick fixes, but it would probably be a good idea to have things like that ready for a room that is going to be used. The same with the bedding. It was minimally stocked with linens so we had to call several times for blankets. Also, we were told when this was booked that all the pools were heated, but only one pool was heated. Overall, it was a nice place to stay and much better than a hotel. We would stay here again, but probably closer to the summer.

Great Value, very convenient location
First time staying at Mystic Dunes for what has become an annual pilgrimage to Disney. We found the resort a great value with a very convenient proximity to the parks. Didn’t really get a chance to sample much of what Mystic Dunes has to offer (golf, pools, restaurant) but having a spacious clean place to stay met our requirements precisely.
