Great service. Great room. Great Hotel.
Hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and responsive. We enjoyed the food offering at the resaurants. Location-wise it was in the heart of Kingston. The surrounding area was nice and safe. I highly recommend.

Decent business hotel
Decent hotel for business travel, good size work area. Beds are a bit on the firm side, even for someone who prefers firm mattresses!
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Don’t use the "JUTA" txis that they have waiting at the door, try calling a local company like On-Time Taxi, they are 1/3 the price.

I’m actually impressed with this hotel
I stayed for 2 nights, and the room was spacious and comfortable. With a flat panel TV, comfortable king size bed, and a table for working with my laptop. The food at the restaurant was surprisingly good. The service was, in general, a little bit slow, but I guess that is common in all Jamaica. If I ever travel to Kingston again on a business trip, I would definitely stay at this hotel.
