In keeping with its class
The hotel is clean, modern, full-service, and in keeping with expectations for a four-star hotel. The rooms are decent-sized and newly furnished. I found the staff courteous and helpful. I had only one small problem: They do not provide an iron in the room. Maybe this is normal in Europe, but I would have expected one in a similar hotel in the US. Aside from this issue, the hotel was very accommodating. Its also well-located on the border between the new and old cities and near a park.

Bathroom
There was no shower gel in the bathroom for 3 days - during our entire stay - however we requested front desk for a refill. Other than that the hotel was fine.

Bad Service
The guys at the front desk were as rude as if I was not paying for the service. The guy with the weird mustache in particular doesnt know what is to work for a service company

Posted: 22-Dec-08We have no notice of anyone in our recepcion with a moustache, in any case, friedliness, kindness and efficiency are necesary manners to work in our company, that is why we try our best in giving the best service.
